There appears to be a sizeable chunk of dead wood floating around in this maiden so it looks a good opportunity for The Queen’s Dubawi gelding WEMYSS WARE to make a belated winning debut. He is out of Fillies’ Mile winner White Moonstone so better bred than his rivals. Big Daddy Kane led until inside the final furlong on his reappearance at Kempton and will strip fitter here so looks the danger. Classic Design is a possible improver but Fields Of Dreams was still beaten 11 lengths when third at Wolverhampton.
