Verdict
It was soft ground at Epsom when Barwick ended a long losing run and he’s upped 5lb for that success. Victoria Pollard remains unexposed but never threatened the winner when runner-up at Brighton last time and Green Light is hard to to predict as he makes his seasonal reappearance. CAPE DISCOVERY (NAP) ended last year with victory at Dundalk and made a winning start for Richard Hughes’ yard when scoring over 1m2f here a fortnight ago. There should be more to come from him over this longer trip and he can shrug off a 3lb rise.
