    Verdict

He's A Latchico has completed a hat-trick on Polytrack and is definitely on the upgrade judging by his latest run at Lingfield. He has a 5lb rise to overcome and WISPER (NAP) was so impressive here last week that she can defy a 7lb penalty having already won four times this season. The Whipmaster completed a four-timer when landing a Class 2 handicap here in June and though not quite at his best from his raised mark later would be a real threat on that earlier run. Andaleep won for the fifth time this year when gaining his second victory here last week and a 5lb penalty is unlikely to prevent another big run.
