A competitive event in which Short Change might be able to follow up his recent course and distance success. He rallied well when narrowly winning on that last occasion under tonight's rider Darryll Holland. He's there to be shot at but, clearly liking it at the track, should go well. Dangers include Ali D, who won well at Haydock before performing with credit at Newmarket, the first-time cheekpieced Harmony Row, who in Spain last year but had earlier won as a juvenile in England, Saxe-Coburg, who also goes well here, Shasta, although he is worse off at the weights with Ali D based on their Newmarket runs, recent Haydock winner Princess Shoka and Tintawn Gold, just beaten in a Sandown claimer last time. However, Short Change might prove hard to beat.
