Verdict

It's hard to be confident about anything here but THOMAS BIANES did well here on debut last time and gets the verdict ahead of House Red and Be Invincible. The selection, who was third here at the last time of asking, looks a decent sort and the two-year-old colt will improve for the experience. He also has the benefit of a high draw, which on this track is a big advantage over sprints. House Red makes his career debut here today and the colt is expected to do well. He comes out of the Hills yard who are in decent form of late and that may see the two-year-old make the frame. Be Invincible is another debutant from the Barry Hills yard and is expected to be somewhere near his stable mate at the post. A market check is advised for the rest. Pintura and The Shuffler will need to put in good debut performances if they are to figure here and Needsamaite will need to improve on his last outing if he is to put the frighteners on our selection Thomas Baines.
