          Verdict

          Ashantiana appeared to appreciate the step up to this trip when a close second behind Top Flight Queen in a Brighton handicap late last month and should give another good account despite a subsequent 5lb rise. Clarisse improved on previous efforts when making her handicap bow over this trip at Sandown when narrowly denied in a blanket finish and will be hard to keep out of the frame while Kind Of Loving should do better over this more suitable trip having been outpaced over shorter in maiden company.
