Verdict
HENLEY has his first start since last August when delivering a below par effort at Newmarket but he's the one to beat if reproducing the level of his two promising juvenile efforts at Nottingham and especially in a York maiden. This looks a good starting point for the new campaign and the booking of Richard Hughes is another positive sign. Fast Dancer is the obvious one to benefit if the selection fails to fire as he's solid and reliable in modest company and also has the benefit of a recent outing on the Polytrack in late April. He'll be there or thereabouts. Locommotion is an interesting contender too as he was only beaten just over a length on his second start at Kempton in March. However, both runs to date have come over a mile and he is now intriguingly dropped to the minimum trip. Keep an eye on him in the market.
