Verdict

PINK RIBBON is consistent and though he has never won he's run well on very testing ground in the past and his overall form just about gives him the edge. Snappy Guest went up 5lb for landing a minor event at Wetherby and hasn't been quite able to cope but Buckleberry is just 1lb higher than his victory at Kempton in April. Quality Song has qualified for handicaps after three moderate maiden runs where he's started at big prices so if there's any support for him he's one to note. The remaining pair have poor form though Geology wouldn't be travelling from Yorkshire without good reason.
