Verdict

JACATTACK was gelded at the end of last year and has won both starts since returning to action having also switched to cheekpieces. He finished clear of the rest when making all at Newcastle last time and can defy a hike in the weights. Swooper won at Chelmsford earlier but a tendency to miss the break resurfaced at Lingfield last week while Electric Blue opened his account back in maiden company at Chelmsford and Batraan’s success at Southwell came in a novices race. Bert Kibbler returns to action having been gelded since placing at Catterick in October.
