Verdict
PIVOTAL FLAME was well supported on his debut in an all-aged maiden over the track and trip last month and overcame inexperience to make a successful start. There's more to come from James Tate's charge and he can complete a quick double. Jarir scored over 1m2f at Lingfield then appeared to find an extra quarter-mile taxing his stamina back there so a return to this trip should prove ideal. Manjaam gave warning of an imminent victory when a close second here in February and he duly obliged at Chelmsford. He's on the upgrade and a 5lb rise shouldn't prevent another big effort. Hairdryer is having his first all-weather start and showed potential on Turf. This should be his trip and he could be well handicapped.
