      Verdict

      COVIGLIA has won three times this year, including one of these events at Ayr last time under Joanna Mason. He’s taken to defy a 4lb rise and reverse earlier running at Chester with Gabrial's Kaka. Ella McCain partnered Barnaby Brook when the latter landed a seller over 1m4f here back in June but Pensax Boy has now won four of only six starts on the all-weather after a recent course and distance success and Mark Loughnane’s charge looks a bigger threat. Archie won over 7f at Brighton under today’s rider last month and is preferred to London.
