Verdict

Comrade In Arms is getting closer and Gift of Hera is much respected as she was a wide-margin winner over track and trip before failing to cope with a big step up in grade at Goodwood. Dorian Gray has already won on Polytrack and Fibresand but is looking a few pounds too high now. TWISTER is just the type with which his trainer excels. Bred for the trip, the son of Hurricane Run was too green to do himself justice as a juvenile but starts off in handicaps on a mark of 66 and it would be no surprise to see him run up a sequence - Sir Mark Prescott’s runners are enjoying their annual summer surge. Rare Groove can’t be ignored but Delsheer ran poorly at Epsom and is now tried in cheekpieces.
