    Verdict

    Frequency was engaged to run at Lingfield yesterday but would have a chance if turned out quickly here. Orchid Wing and Galpin Junior are struggling for form and this looks between Always Dazzling and HAND PAINTED. The former went close here a fortnight ago and another bold bid looks likely but the latter is preferred. Peter Makin's charge just edges it at the weights and a repeat of his second to Grand Zafeen at Lingfield back in October should be enough to land this contest.
