In depth
Verdict
Always A Drama bids for a hat-trick raised a further 5lb having landed the odds with the minimum of fuss at Chelmsford. Novice winner Furious returns to action having struggled in Listed company at Newmarket when last seen at the track and ROSE BERRY (NAP) also found life tough behind higher rated opposition in a Listed sprint at Bath in April. But she won a tougher handicap than this at Chelmsford before that and can effectively race off a lower mark today with Sean Davis’ allowance taken into account. Di Matteo made a winning start in handicaps when scoring over track and trip but is upped in class off a higher mark.
