Verdict
An absolute shocker to end proceedings but VARUN’S BRIDE has at least won a race this year, at Lingfield, so gets the nod on that basis. Munaawib was a 66/1 chance when second here in February but hasn’t raced since and there’s no guarantee that form will be reproduced. Ryedale Rio probably has each-way claims, along with Mikey Ennis’ mount Joaldo. Know Your Name may be best of the rest but that’s not saying much.
