Verdict

AUBERGE DU LAC was never going to catch the well regarded Naseem when second at Chelmsford but this looks easier and David Simcock’s colt is preferred to Do You Know. The latter was narrowly beaten at Chelmsford back in November while Hughie Morrison runs both Special Relation and King Of Scotland with the former making most appeal on last month’s second over 7f, also at Chelmsford. Newton Heath is related to a winner and Whirlwind Romance is another newcomer to note.
