Verdict

A case can be made for the majority of the runners with the exception of the 25 rated Bravo Blue but our short-list comprises TRUE PLEASURE, Mary Helen and Danceintothelight with the first named preferred. True Pleasure cut little ice in maidens but made the most of the drop in grade on her all-weather debut and ran on well to get up close home over a similar trip at this track last time having been given plenty to do at the two pole. It's possible that she was flattered by the way that the race was run so it may not pay to get carried away with the form but she is unexposed and may be able to follow up. Mary Helen is a consistent performer and appeals as the best alternative as she has a good record in this grade and at this track and can usually be relied upon to run her race. Danceintothelight has been easing down the weights this season and now drops in grade and switches to the all-weather; his yard sends out plenty of winners here and it will be interesting to see what the market makes of his chances but the suggestion is True Pleasure.
