Verdict
A poor field goes to post for this seller but the principals look to be Emaradia, Alizar and Baytown Shamrock and we will take a chance on Emaradia. The colt from the David Evans yard was a fair sixth behind Stamford Blue from a poor draw at Windsor last time out and a reproduction of that effort would make him hard to beat. Alizar rates the main danger he was a fair sixth behind Alchera in a class D nursery last time out and is taking a big step down in class so he has definite place claims. Baytown Shamrock could also go well but he has had plenty of chances in similar grade and does not look to have as much scope as some. Of the remainder Emperor Cat has the ability to win but does not always put his best foot forward so we are happy to stick with Emaradia.
