      Verdict

Frame Rate won over track and trip at the start of the year and won easily over a longer trip here in an amateurs’ race last week. Chef De Troupe is another dropping down in distance after going close at Southwell but HEAT AND DUST is preferred. The latter finished runner-up over 1m4f here last time and this extra distance may well see Sir Mark Prescott’s charge off the mark. Be Fair looks best of the remainder looking to end a long losing run.
