    Verdict

Arctician was placed in Group 3 company in Ireland as a two-year-old but has switched yards after a couple of disappointing efforts this year. Rated 88, he can still figure if running up to that mark but BIBULOUS looks the more progressive. The betting suggested Henry Candy’s charge would show a big improvement over 6f at Kempton last month and he duly returned a winning favourite having made all for a cosy win. Madame Glitters stands out of the remainder on a debut third at Pontefract while the newcomer and 200,000gns yearling El Jad was sold for 15,000gns during the summer.
