In depth

Verdict

Talawat was hampered on her debut at Lingfield and looks the pick of those with racecourse experience but she may not be good enough to cope with a trio of nicely-bred newcomers. Godolphin's Liberality is a half-sister to a winner over this trip while Shinook is by Teofilo out of a mare that was fourth in the Prix Marcel Boussac. GUILTY TWELVE (NAP) is by Giant's Causeway and the first foal of a decent middle-distance performer in Ireland. Roger Varian has a good strike rate here and his filly can oblige at the first time of asking.
