        Verdict

        A very competitive heat in prospect for not a lot of money and LOVERS CAUSEWAY gets the vote. Joe Fanning has partnered the colt to both his career wins, one of which came in a Lingfield handicap over 10f from the same mark as tonight. He didn't quite out 1m 6f here last time but the drop to this trip will help and he can come good again. Heart Of Hearts looks a danger, having won at this trip in a maiden, though she has been beaten three times in handicaps from lower marks than this. Baltimore Clipper should be thereabouts now dropped in distance, though he has a tough enough task at the weights and Ertiyaad, on her second start in this grade, looks a more likely danger. Sing Sweetly has claims at the weights, though Shelfah will probably need to improve.
