Carcinetto, Hits Only Jude and Dudley Docker make plenty of appeal in this handicap and the vote goes to Carcinetto. The selection ran a respectable race in a fillies' handicap last time at Lingfield when she chased home Secret Night. Her last 5 wins have come at this venue and she looks a rock solid bet from a decent draw. Hits Only Jude won well at Southwell last time when beating Realt Na Mara and the manner of that success marks him down as a big danger here. On the flip side, he did have the run of the race last time and all his best form is over at Southwell. Dudley Docker folded close home last time but he ran well for a long way in that Southwell contest and from a decent draw here he looks a banker bet for a place. Ninth House arrives here looking to complete a 4-timer but he is up in grade today and that may just find him out. All of which returns us to Carcinetto as the one to beat.
