In depth

Verdict

ILZAM is only 2lb higher than when scoring over track and trip a fortnight ago and should go close again. He can confirm running with Berlusca while Gold Flash ran well here without threatening the winner just four days ago when Idol Deputy was well beaten. Rock Warbler should be sharper for last month’s reappearance and Shawaahid returns to action for the first time this year having won twice over shorter trips last season. Torrid continues to slide down the weights but has yet to show any benefit.
