In depth

Verdict

Erinjay landed hat-trick of selling races when successful here last month. There is little between him and I Confess on their earlier running at this track but the former just does enough to get his head in front and is fancied to come out best of that pair once again. TROOPINGTHECOLOUR won here in 2009 but wasn't seen again until a defeat over hurdles earlier this week. The booking of Jamie Spencer suggests he retains some of his ability and he gets a tentative vote with the remaining trio hard to fancy on today's terms.
