      Verdict

      MAGICAL PATH and Doeadeer arrive on the back of maiden wins. But the former beat a subsequent winner when scoring over track and trip last month and Hugo Palmer's filly gets the vote on the strength of that form. The latter came good over 6f at Chelmsford but the remainder are all returning to action. They include Be Kool, a runner-up over course and distance in October and preferred to Indie Music, placed off a higher mark at Windsor in September and helped out by an apprentice's allowance in this.
