        Verdict

        LANGLEY VALE is the only course and distance winner in the line-up, completing a double in 2016. He hasn't been running badly on Turf and looks on a fair mark with his rider's claim to aid his cause so gets the vote. Bee Machine landed a Catterick handicap in April and was only just beaten into third back there last month while Liamba has only had five starts and showed good pace over this trip at Thirsk last month. Racquet, four times a winner on Turf, has only had one start on the all-weather and didn't perform badly so he can go well but Diamond Pursuit probably needs further.
