In depth

Verdict

Max Oclock has been raised 7lb for winning over the minimum trip at Ayr while Silent Queen also steps up in distance after going close at Lingfield. Upside Down has placed over track and trip the last twice but in a lower grade than this and COLORANDO is preferred. The latter was beaten only a length when fourth in a novices race at Chelmsford and a couple of those in front have won subsequently. Marco Botti’s filly gets the vote with further progress expected now handicapping with Electric Blue and Baileys Breathless others to note on their handicap debuts.
