        Verdict

        This is as poor as it gets, with several of these runners devoid of any ability. Mick Channon runs two here and with Steve Drowne taking the mount on Senor Pedro, he could be the pick of the pair. However, that is not saying much as they have both been beaten in this grade before, but at least Leonor De Soto, who is out of a mare that stayed well, could be suited by the step up in trip. The tentative TEAMtalk selection is the first time blinkered Dr Julian, who attracted support in a similar event at Lingfield.
