In depth
Verdict
Not the strongest of events with the weights headed by Saxe-Coburg, who has done most of his racing in Dubai. Although he has yet to win beyond six-furlongs, this trip should not be a problem as his dam stayed 12-furlongs. Pat Chammings has his jumpers in fine form and he must go close here with My Valentine, who must have every chance, on these terms, of reversing Southwell form with Quiet Reading. However, the latter won with a little more in hand that day and is the TEAMtALK choice to follow up.
