In depth

Verdict

A minefield for punters as a number of moderate or out-of-form performers are on view and the tentative vote is offered to Just Bond ahead of Qualitair Wings and Keisha Kayleigh. Just Bond ran a fair race behind handicap good thing, Atlantic Story last week and if Geoff Oldroyd's charge can reproduce that form, he has to have a sporting chance in a contest that lacks depth. Qualitair Wings endured a nightmare race last time out and could never get into any rhythm as he was bumped and bashed at every turn. Things won't be much easier this week from a wide draw. Keisha Kayleigh seems to be a banker for each-way backers and invariably finds one too good. Street Life has been supported many many times and his backers have long since lost faith. Pop Music won over course-and-distance in a good time and shouldn't be discounted from following-up. Secret Moment hasn't shown a lot of late but has to be respected if money is seen for him. Thistimesforgood was a 66/1 chance when obliging in maiden company and is unlikely to be those odds again. Dream Forest is exposed as being claiming class and having considered the alternatives, Just Bond recieves the recommendation to small stakes.
