In depth
Verdict
Like so many maidens on the All-Weather this will take little winning. Leophin Dancer is a long standing maiden, who has been beaten in selling company, so his run looks set to continue, while Glitter And Glory may find this trip on the sharp side, having not been beaten far over two miles on his latest effort. Logique is open to improvement, but he would be better off in a handicap. None of the newcomers would have to be anything special to land this, but the safest option looks to be Ampoule. Clive Brittain's four-year-old had several useful performers behind when runner-up to runaway winner Gig Harbor on the Polytrack last time, and that run was made to look that much better by the subsequent success of the winner. This is much easier and he should make no mistake. Out of a mare that was a winner over this trip, Kate Maher is one to keep an eye on. She must have shown connections something at home to warrant keeping her in training as a four-year-old.
