        Verdict

        Kreb's Cycle went close over a shorter trip here last time when just ahead of Tha'ir with Georgian Bay back in fifth. But MARATHA is preferred as he’s been placed on a couple of occasions since winning over course and distance in December and also makes more appeal than the penalised Barnaby Brook, who landed a claimer here during the week. Bounderby is upped in class after placing on his latest start but the returning Indian Chief remains 11lb higher than when scoring at Hamilton last year.
