In depth

Verdict

MOON BAY posted her best effort so far when third at Newcastle on her first outing since August. Richard Fahey’s filly should be winning off her current mark soon on that evidence. The more-exposed Sir Duke debuts for a new yard having placed in a claimer here but Bang On The Bell went close at Southwell last time and Loose Lips was narrowly beaten over a longer trip at Newcastle a week ago. Ardom's Lady and Music Banner are worth a second glance now handicapping.
