In depth

Verdict

Diademas, Lord Deevert and What Katie Did look the three to concentrate on in this claimer and the vote is given to What Katie Did. The selection has the highest BHA rating here, was a fair sixth in a much better race behind Dancing Marabout last time out and, with the booking of Jamie Spencer also catching the eye, she looks the one to be on. Stable companion Diademas rates the main danger based on her latest third behind Golden Dane, but her best form on the all-weather has come at Lingfield and she looks opposable on that basis. Lord Deevert is another that could go well based on his best form but consistency is not his strong point and the draw could have been kinder for a front runner. I Dont Do Walkin is another dropping in grade and should be watched in the market with his yard in form, while Brixworth Scribe looks vulnerable under topweight and for the winner we return to What Katie Did.
