In depth

Verdict

A trappy maiden here and as usual in these events the market will be very informative but the principals look to be Wood Chorus, Starfala and Duty Doctor and the tentative vote is given to Starfala. The selection was a fair third when last seen behind Jadara, hails from a yard that is in-form and with experience on his side he looks the one to be on. Wood Chorus is a well bred filly by Singspiel and will not have to be anything special to take a hand in the finish so he should be watched in the market. Duty Doctor is another that has shown ability but he would be better off with the selection if this were a handicap on official figures. Of the others Tableau Vivant hails from a top yard and is another to not in the market but for the winner we return to Starfala to put her experience to good use.
