Verdict
This is a poor claimer and Rio Taffeta is taken to get the better of Riskie Blue and Amazing Day. The selection travelled well for a long way at Brighton last time before becoming unbalanced and in this weaker contest from a good draw he looks to hold strong claims. Riskie Blue showed promise on her debut but she failed to build on that at Bath last time and the draw has not done her any favours here so she is taken on. Amazing Day was a little unlucky at Catterick last time when he was denied a clear run so he could be worth another chance from a good draw. Reg Hollinshead does well with his runners here so Weet A Surprise could be worth a look in the market on her debut, but Rio Taffeta stands out as the percentage call in a race that will not take much winning.
