        Verdict

        Exchequer ended a long losing run when scoring over 6f here and the veteran carries 4lb extra. HACHERT struggled upped in class at Haydock last time but had won over track and trip earlier and gets another chance with winning partner Richard Kingscote back on board. Inexplicable also won here last month but was well beaten at Newcastle subsequently while Peachey Carnehan’s earlier success here came in a classified race. Sfumato won this in 2019 and slips further down the weights.
