Verdict

LOVE OF ZOFFANY showed a big improvement handicapping for the first time and finishing runner-up at Newcastle. Mark Johnston’s charge can go one better in this and looks to have stronger form than River Wharfe, second at Kempton back in September. Bomb Squad has won a couple of nurseries but has something to prove off his current mark while Marta Boy steps up from 6f after a placed effort at Kempton and Jaffathegaffa has been thereabouts in claimers recently.
