      Verdict

      Rated 68, Triple Spear went close in a handicap over 6f here just four days ago but ROCKING REG is less exposed. The latter never looked like catching Auchterarder, rated 87, when second over track and trip but he still finished in front of a subsequent winner and Roger Teal’s grey can go one better in this. Dress Circle is the first foal of a winner in North America and preferred to fellow newcomers Viva Voce and The Kyllachy Touch.
