Verdict
Frankie Dettori could not get Grand View home at Pontefract last month but the gelding lost no caste in defeat behind Bundy there and in this company should be good enough to gain a deserved win with Pagan Storm and Mickledo rated the main dangers. The selection is no world-beater but this is a poor contest and he makes more appeal than anything else. The 11-year-old Juwwi has been a shadow of his former self in recent outings and of more interest may be Pagan Storm, who has been running consistently well in similar races of late. The similarly consistent Heathyardsblessing and Kevin Morgan's Primatech, for who the booking of Tony Culhane takes the eye, are others worthy of a mention. Mickledo is progressing the right way and could be of interest but it is never easy for three-year-olds against older horses at this time of year and a safer bet looks to be Grand View, who gets the vote.
