Verdict
Magdalene gets the vote in this finale ahead of Red Current and Distiller. A winner on her penultimate start, Rae Guest's filly is now dropped in trip. That looks a good move on her running so far and effective on this surface she is fancied to resume winning ways. Red Current let down favourite backers last time with an abject performance however she is not one to rule out just yet. Grand Diamond is another who needs to bounce back from a disappointing recent effort, whilst Distiller wasn't beaten far last time out but having won once in 15 starts he isn't one to place maximum faith in. Satrindra has been given a break since his last run over in Ireland and should be monitored for market support, so whilst Tri Chara would have claims on his best form, it is Magdalene who receives the nomination.
