Lasso showed plenty of promise on her debut and can land this modest affair from Bentley Brook and Michaels Pride. Roger Charlton's filly looked in need of the outing but still managed to finish just three lengths behind Amanda Perratt's Physical in that Lingfield contest. She is certain to improve for the experience and has solid claims here. Bentley Brook finished a four length second to the well fancied Francis Cadell over course and distance last month and should again be capable of reaching the frame. Mark Johnson trains Michaels Pride who finished a promising fifth behind Linda's Colin over a longer trip here last time. There is plenty of speed in his pedigree so today's distance may bring out some improvement. Desert Secrets and Rasseem may prove best of the remainder, but Lasso looked a certain future winner and this could be her day.
