Tag Team, Nova Tor and Gilded Cove are three against the field in a competitive opener and the narrow vote is given to Tag Team. The selection has been in good form of late and was a fair sixth behind Gone'N Dunnet on turf on his last run. He returns to his favourite surface on a fair mark and from a good draw he will be hard to beat. Nova Tor rates the main danger on his best AW form but he has since disappointed on his return to grass and for that reason he is opposed. Gilded Cove is another worthy of respect as he won well when beating Samuel Charles last time but he has a penalty for that win and that may just find him out. He's A Rocket is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but is another that looks weighted up to his best. Of the remainder Cargo is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but for the winner we return to Tag Team.
