Verdict

BATTS ROCK was still well beaten when third over a mile at Nottingham in November but is a half-brother to a winner over today's trip and may prove good enough in this. Mawaany can only improve in a first-time visor having finished tailed off on his introduction while Cafoo would not have to be anything special to figure on his debut. All of the above get plenty of weight from the older horses including bumper winner Last Summer and the newcomer Angel Of Light.
