      In depth

      Verdict

      Little separated third-placed Corinthia Knight and Gracious John in a similar contest at Lingfield last month though the latter can race on better terms today. The same two horses were also placed behind Royal Birth earlier but TROPICS beat the latter when scoring over the minimum trip at Chelmsford in January and Dean Ivory’s veteran may just be good enough today in a tight sprint. Kyllang Rock made a winning reappearance at Musselburgh last year but hasn’t raced for over a year now. He has every chance on today’s terms but the remainder have no easy task with Reflektor preferred to both Storm Over and Just That Lord having won a handicap here recently.
