Verdict
A modest event that should take little winning and it looks a straight forward opportunity for Classic Example to get off the mark. The TEAMtalk selection has some useful placed turf efforts to his name and should be forgiven his latest effort when pulling too hard over a mile-and-a-half. The return to this trip will suit and the son of Mark Of Esteem should prove too classy for his rivals. Sorbiesharry has been in fair form of late but has plenty to find on these terms while Champain Sands has clearly had his problems and was a bitter disappointment on his belated return at Southwell earlier in he month. Shaven Rock returns from an even longer absence and is best watched but newcomer Moon Edge makes some appeal on breeding and wouldn't have to be out of the ordinary to make an impact so should be noted in the betting exchanges.
