Verdict

Only three of the four runners can be seriously considered here and we will nominate FORMULA to get the better of Nbhan and Implication. The selection has shown his best form on the all-weather, finishing second twice, and he was heavily backed when having his first run after a gelding operation at Lingfield last time. He was a little disappointing that day but connections clearly feel there is more to come from him. He doesn't have much to beat here and he should be capable of shedding his maiden tag. Nbhan looks the main danger as he has finished second on each of his last two starts and the soft ground was probably against him at Leicester last time. He is no stable star but he should be capable of getting competitive. Implication ran her best race yet at Newmarket last time when she chased home Paquerettza. Her overall form is a bit hit and miss but if she can build on what she produced last time then she could be a contender. Smart Tazz has yet to even hint at ability in his five runs and he is readily opposed, returning us to Formula as the pick.
