Verdict

Fortunate Flame has run well in both starts so far on the Fibresand and on turf and Kevin Ryan's colt has to be respected on his Polytrack debut but he may have to settle for minor honours behind KAMMAAN, who gets the verdict ahead of Istiqdaam. Mick Easterby's gelding made a pleasing debut at Haydock in June of last year when trained by John Gosden and it remains to be seen how he will perform for new connections today but he has to be respected. Cyber Space was well held on his Lingfield debut and looks best watched and of more interest may be Tom Tate's Know By Now, who has been placed in both starts so far and should again be thereabouts. Expressive and Sunshine Always are interesting newcomers from stables that can do well with their runners first time out but Kammaan has solid claims and is hard to oppose. Michael Jarvis has yet to hit top form with his runners this term but his filly found just one too good on her only start as a juvenile and again first time up this term, a run that she should come on for, and she is taken to go one better today.
