        Verdict

        Apex Predator bids for a hat-trick of wins over 1m4f raised a further 3lb. He’s already beaten Warofindependence, Iley Boy and Demophon and should make another bold bid. But MUSIC MAJOR (NAP) has been beaten less than a length at Lingfield on his last two outings having tumbled down the weights and the application of first-time headgear may bring the small amount of improvement needed to get his head in front. Wallflower’s recent trip over to France proved fruitless but she won at Newcastle before that while Sosian will be winning off her current mark before long.
